You must be 2009 USSF Registered to officiate at these tournaments

I want to warn you that the Friday afternoon traffic getting to Delta Park - it is on I-5 north, just before
the Interstate Bridge - is often crawling along, bumper-to-bumper, all the way from at least downtown Portland.
For example, if you're coming in from Beaverton, you need to allow at least an extra 30 minutes to get there.
Other starting points can be at least that bad. You might consider coming north via North Williams and
North Vancouver Avenues and into the complex from the "back" (east) side.
